mam a full time college teacher takes extra classes in same college can we adjust that extra classes alloeances sum off with salary sheet and calculate tax as slab or tds directly 15% on extra class allowances?

if the teacher is an employee of the college and college has been deducting his college earnings under employment slab rate, his additional income from taking extra classes can be added in employment income and total earning can be taxed as per the applicable slab rate.

Generally, if the teacher is not an employee and takes special classes, or sessions, 15% TDS would be attracted in such income.
