3. Services and Payments

Khata Academy offers a variety of online accounting courses designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.

3.1 Course Access Period

Upon purchase, users gain access to the course for one year, starting from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Support and Query Resolution Terms

To provide assistance and address your course-related queries, Khata Business Academy offers multiple support channels:

- Support Ticket System: Log in to your account at app.khataacademy.com. Navigate to Support > New on your dashboard to submit your query directly to our team.

- Public Forum: Access our forum at app.khataacademy.com/forums to post questions, interact with fellow learners, and explore discussions on various topics.

- Zoom Classes: Participate in live Zoom sessions with instructors for in-depth discussions and comprehensive answers to your questions.

3.2.1 Important Disclaimer on Course Support

Khata Business Academy and its instructors provide educational content for general learning purposes only. We are not accounting consultants and do not offer personalized advice or guidance specific to your business needs. For tailored advice, always consult a qualified auditor or professional advisor.

Khata Business Academy and its instructors are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the use of information shared through our courses or support channels.

3.3 Renew of Course after Expiry

If your access to the course has come to an end, we're pleased to inform you that you have the option to renew it by paying only 50% of the latest course fee. This renewal will grant you:

- The opportunity to attend an entire batch of live classes.

- Access to the course for an additional year.

- Continued support for the course over the next year.

3.4 Payment Methods

3.4.1 Online Payment:

- All online payments are processed exclusively through our official payment partner, eSewa.

- Users must complete the full payment at the time of enrollment.

3.4.2 Offline Payment:

- Users can opt for bank transfers to make offline payments.

- Detailed instructions for bank transfers, including the account details, will be provided during the checkout process or upon request.

3.5 Refund Policy

Khata Academy does not offer refunds for course enrollments. To ensure satisfaction, users can request a 2-hour demo access to courses before making a purchase decision.

3.6 Course Certification

Khata Academy provides course completion certificates for all paid courses available on app.khataacademy.com. Certificates are awarded based on the course type and its requirements:

- Automatic Certification: Some courses grant a certificate upon successful completion of the course content without additional requirements.

- Assessment-Based Certification: The majority of our courses require learners to complete a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) assessment. To qualify for certification, learners must achieve a minimum score of 70% or higher on the assessment.

Khata Academy reserves the right to determine the certification criteria for each course. Certificates are provided in digital format and can be downloaded directly from your account upon meeting the course requirements.

4. Content Usage

4.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the Khata Academy platform, including videos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Khata Business Academy Pvt. Ltd.

- Users are granted access for personal, non-commercial use only.

- Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of course materials is prohibited.

4.2 User Contributions

By submitting content (e.g., forum posts), users grant Khata Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute their contributions for educational and promotional purposes.

5. Website Usage

5.1 Technical Requirements

To access the platform effectively, users must have:
