Do we deduct TDS on absent days as well or just deduct number of days absent from gross salary while creating salary sheet in excel?
If possible, could you please explain the formulas one would need for making a salary sheet?

First Step: Calculate Monthly Gross Salary after adjusting absent days (As per company's policy)

Second Step: Estimate the revised Annual Income of Employee

Third Step: Calculate TDS on the basis of annual Income
